  1. Browser Buddy End-user License Agreement

  4. DoEasier Tech grants to the possessor of this copy (the Licensee) a 
  5. royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use, copy, and modify the binary code
  6. of the Browser Buddy, the sample source code, and any related documentation
  7. (the Software) for academic, research and internal business purposes only 
  8. and subject to the following conditions:

  10. A. By using or copying the Software, Licensee agree to abide by the terms
  11. of this Agreement.
  12.  
  13. B. Title and copyright to the Software remain with DoEasier Tech and
  14. Licensee agrees to preserve the same.
  15.  
  16. C. Licensee acknowledges that the Software is still in the development stage
  17. and that it is being supplied "as is", without any accompanying services
  18. from DoEasier Tech. DOEASIER Tech MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS
  19. OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. By way of example, but not limitation,
  20. DOEASIER Tech MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  21. OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT THE USE THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT
  22. INFRINGE ON ANY PATENTS OR OTHER RIGHTS.

  24. DoEasier Tech shall not be held liable for any liability nor for 
  25. any direct, indirect or consequential damages with respect to any claim by
  26. Licensee or any third party with respect to this Agreement or any use
  27. of the Software.

  29. D. Licensee may NOT distribute the Software or any derivative work based
  30. on the Software to third parties.
  31.  
  32. E. Licensee agrees to abide by all applicable laws of the United States,
  33. including, but not limited to, copyright and export control laws.
  34.  
  35. F. DoEasier Tech has the right to terminate this license immediately by 
  36. written notice upon Licensee's breach of, or non-compliance with any of its
  37. terms. Licensee may be held legally responsible for any copyright
  38. infringement that is caused or encouraged by licensee's failure to
  39. abide by the terms of this license.
